Planning consent was obtained dated 8th July 2016 for conversion of a traditional stone barn to form one dwelling. A copy of the planning consent and all plans and documentation can be inspected on the Carlisle City Council Planning portal using reference 16/0146. A copy of the planning consent is also available by email from the selling agent together with extracts from the plans in this brochure. The planning consent is subject to various reservations and provides for the conversion and extension of the existing building to provide two storey accommodation.
