The plot will be seen immediately on your left between properties known as Touchwood and Ghyll Brae and opposite Dacre Rd. For sat nav purposes use CA6 6EH but this may take you to a position west of the crossroads from where you should continue east over the crossroads where the site will be seen on your left.

Planning consent was obtained on the 22nd August 2014 for the erection of a single storey dwelling on land adjoining Touchwood under application number 14/0538. An application for approval of reserved matters has been submitted under number 17/0632 on which a positive decision is expected. The owner has also applied for building regulations approval but this is not at this stage complete.
